I am a retired telecommunications engineer after 33 years of service in New York with major global service providers. I am also a Realtor in New York, Notary Public and a Real Estate investor in Georgia. My wife, a RN is also retired and we purchased a condo in the Fort Lauderdale area in 2014. We spend six months there and six months in New York each year.
