My husband Jim Fischer and I own 17 residential rental units (houses and duplexes) in Vancouver, WA and 2 rental houses in Nebraska. We have two LLCs and do business as Fischer Properties. Jim is a professional pianist/entertainer and I am a professional sign language interpreter. Our rental property business is our joint occupation and part of our retirement plan. Experience: Small family run business. Over 33 years of residential rental property management experience, 28 as an owner. We own and manage our own properties.
