I'm a new investor interested in wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold. My wife, Liz, and I have done some driving for dollars and are going to sending out letters now. We are putting up bandit signs as well. We are looking for advice and some direction and that's why we joined BiggerPockets. We've learned a lot already and are looking forward to learning more and building our network through BiggerPockets. Can't wait to dive in.
