I currently have 6 Short Term Rentals in Colorado and looking to onboard at least 2 more in 2024! My second interest is commercial prop (CRE) investment - specifically, flex warehouse space in Texas or Colorado. And I would LOVE to develop a small flex warehouse complex with 5-7 units. I've got my eyes open and my head up with several searches working, but like many, feeling like it's really difficult to find A DEAL. Looking forward to learning and contributing as I go!
