Hi! I currently work at a software company as a Finance Manager in Silicon Valley. My background is in Accounting and Finance (MBA/CPA). I have 3 out of state SFH rental properties in Reno, NV and Columbus, OH and looking to purchase single family and multi-family (2-4 units). I've also participated in several apartment complex syndications. My goal is $10k/ month cash flow by 2023.
