She is the reason I am where I am. I am fortunate to have the opposite problem most investors have which is their wives(or husbands) being nervous about the risks involved. My wife always tells me I don't take enough risks! She is an awesome partner. Our passion is boating and our dream is to visit every island in the Bahamas on our own boat. That is over 700 islands! Real estate is our vehicle to build the funds to get there. We will start this trip by her 39th birthday. I now run a project management company exclusively working for real estate investors. Experience: Bought my first rental property in early 2015. Grew up in construction and have quite a bit of experience in renovation. I jumped in full time as of mid 2016 and as of late 2020 I have 40 properties and am looking to grow my project management business. Real Estate Goals: Own 50 properties with average value of $60k each by August 2021 (5 Years from when I started full time). Own 175 rental units by year end 2026 Own a 58ft boat and be on a cruise through every island in the Bahamas by 2033 (my wifes 39th birthday.
