I am a new investor looking to network, learn all I can, and start building a team of knowledgable and supportive real estate professionals around me. Currently seeking to start wholesaling in the Chesapeake, VA and DFW, TX markets as a means to generate capital and lead flow for flips and rentals later. I'm currently enjoying a career as an aerospace engineer, and my "why" for pursuing real estate is to seek financial independence to put myself on a flexible retirement schedule.
