I have a decent knowledge of real estate as my first job out of college in 2009 was working for an investment company as their Property Manager, managing 144 units total, mainly single family homes, in the greater St. Louis area. I have moved on and since then worked with a team managing over 1,000 homes in 2 different states. I have done a little rehabbing and wholesaling, ramping up my networking and marketing even more.
