Scott Choppin

My name is Scott Choppin and I am the Founder and CEO of the Urban Pacific Group of Companies based in Long Beach, CA. I have been married to my college sweetheart Rebecca for 17 years (together for 23) and we have three kids 15, 13, and 9 years old. The Choppin family has been in real estate development in SoCal since 1960, and I have personally been in the development business since 1983. Prior to founding Urban Pacific, I worked for well known companies such as Kaufman and Broad Multi-Housing (KBMH) and the Sares-Regis Group, where I was a senior project manager and land acquisition director respectively.
