Buy and hold properties (Started 1992) for passive income. We started "fix and flipping" 2016 and would like to do some wholesaling. The strategy is to fix and flip properties to build up more cash to purchase more rental properties for passive income. Currently working on developing a community in Baltimore. We are open to doing JVs. Markets: Baltimore, Prince George, New Orleans and would like to get into Detroit.
