About myself
I have been a Real Estate Investor since 2006. I started by buying my first duplex (which I have lived in until recently) shortly following that I took on a partner and helped create our company C and M Rental. I always wanted to get into Real Estate because my Grandparents owned a beautiful duplex for 25 years and I saw how easy it was just having one tenant even. I told my grandparents that I wanted to real estate that way I could "Make Money while I sleep" I have recently moved to the Raleigh NC area and I want to invest and manage properties in this area.
