My journey in real estate began after working for a hedge fund that is now publicly traded as AVP of acquisitions and construction management. In 2014, my wife and I built our own real estate investing company, mainly comprised of fix & flips and a few SFRs. Now it includes land development and residential construction after first ground up build in 2018. In conjunction with these channels, our business plan includes diversification into multifamily and apartment syndications. We work in the Triangle market of NC and fund most of our business using private capital.
