Born and Raised in Independence, MO, I love Kansas City and back in 2013 I caught the itch for Real Estate! It has become a passion! Experience: I started out by using a FHA 203k loan on an owner occupied Fourplex that was slightly distressed in May 2014. Have learned a lot since that first deal, and love to continue learning and helping other investors! As of the start of 2020, our company has 25+ units under property management. Real Estate Goals: Aquire 3-5 properties per year for the next 10 years. ***Now looking for small and medium-sized Multifamily apartment properties. Up to 100 units. Building a network of friends and people with similar interests in real estate along the way! Currently Seeking: Wholesalers/Agents/Investors with properties in Independence, MO area. I am currently looking for SFR and Multifamily deals in Eastern Jackson County, specifically Independence, MO. In the next 2-3 years as I build my portfolio, I will look to transition all properties to property management.
