I bought my first investment property in 2016. For 2 years I was able to house hack and live rent free while fixing the property and renting the extra bedrooms out to friends. I was offered a better job and relocated to the South TX RGV area from Atlanta, GA. I recently sold the property. Currently I'm actively looking to invest in buy and hold deals using the BRRRR method in the North FL area. Each day I am continuing to learn from the forums, podcasts and networking with other members in the BP community. My goal is to gain financial and time freedom through the power of real estate while helping others achieve the same thing.
