I joined BP several years ago to learn from experienced Real Estate investors to network, to share my experience and perspective and most importantly, to ask questions. I’m interested in buying, owning, renting and holding self-managed rental properties. I strongly believe in buying and holding and BRRRR strategies. I started investing in Real Estate in 2013. I’m now currently putting together a group of investors to form LLC using the BRRRR strategy. I attend local FFREIA regularly to learn from the best, to network and for personal and professional support Experience: I have had self-managed several rental units since 2013. My Real Estate goals: Currently BRRRR Strategy; we want to purchase several distressed/rehab properties this year 2019 and beyond. Since I’m working to get my professional coaching certification, I’m currently a Real Estate Coach and support my coachees in their Real Estate journey.
