Adam Lendi

Adam is a husband, father, paragliding pilot, and whiskey snob who supports all of the awesome things he does with fun real estate investments. Adam and his business partner Justin met paragliding and both shared a passion for the outdoors, their wives quickly became friends, and their kids (a boy and a girl each) also became playmates. One thing both families loved doing was camping. Justin and his family already had their RV and shortly after abandoning their tent one rainy night to sleep in the living room of Justin’s, Adam and his family got their own. Adam, a real estate broker, investor, and business coach saw the investment potential in RV parks and he and Justin began building a business model to own and operate an empire of RV parks in the United States. As the plan unfolded, it made sense to bring others in on the great opportunity to build wealth, and Happy Camper Capital was born. Adam has coached business owners who have succeeded in increasing their profitability, improving their organizational culture, and in legacy building. Adam’s dedication to legacy building carries on to every HCC investor and his commitment is to make millions together while investing in possibly the most fun real estate asset class! When Adam is not helping investors grow their wealth and operating our properties, you are likely to find him flying high in the sky on his paraglider or spending a weekend in his travel trailer with his wife Emily, their kids, and their dogs.
