Hello! I am new to the real estate world and am currently educating myself on the field before I get involved. I am looking to learn as much as possible about real estate investing. My two niches are single family and multi family housing (duplex). My goal here is to connect with like minded individuals and experienced individuals who can offer valuable advice, assistance, help, and guidance. I am currently going to real estate school online to receive my real estate license and plan to move to Phoenix, AZ November 2020 to start my investing career. I know to some, that may seem redundant as I'd have to get my license all over again. However, given my current situation, I feel this is the best option for me at the moment and I don't mind having to get my license over again doing something I love! I am open to connecting with any and everybody who wants to connect. If you are in the area and want to meet up even, I am open. Or if I'm in your area, I can let you know so that we can meet up. I am working on establishing my own network of individuals with the same drive and aim as me. I am looking for a group of people whom we all can hold accountable and be held accountable for to keep us all on track toward our goals plus bring something new go the table. I believe that every being is a creative and has their own special skill and gift. With that being said, I would love you all to bring it to the group as we all list out and agree on what we all want to do and how are all going to help one another get there. Though I won't be making my 1st investment until a while from now, I am actively looking for: - real estate agents - brokers - brokerage firms for whom to work for in Tallahassee, FL and Phoenix, AZ - lending - partnerships (somebody who has experience and specialized experience and knowledge of my two niches or someone who can refer me). - accountability/network group of people who are interested in real estate - real estate attorney references - REI and REA networks in Tallahassee and Phoenix - real estate CPA references Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
