Rental Property Investor
I am a contractor who has been working as a custom home builder / handyman for the last 9 years. I am 27 years old and looking for a way out of wage paying work. I want to build real estate portfolio that can cash flow enough to allow me to invest full time. I am very interested in REO's, fix and flips and multi family properties. I am also looking to "house hack" so any info on that subject would be great!
