Experience: Started buying Single family homes as buy and holds in June of 2008. All of them cash flowing of-course. Started a property management company to take care of my rentals as well as others. Cleaned up and sold one of my rentals after renting it for 5 years. Just made silly money on that deal. Used that money to put into flips. So on and so-forth. Just trying to snowball my way into the life styles of the rich and famous. Real Estate Goals: Short term goal, I would like to acquire an apartment building up 10-20 doors. Longterm, I would like to get commercial warehouses and be a private lender. Currently Seeking: What ever will make me more money. Financing, Buy and Holds, Flips, Properties to manage, Duplexes, Apartment Buildings. Warehouses. I want it all!
