Experience: Realtor with KW in San Diego, own and manage two properties locally. Former US Naval Officer, now working dual track with DoD as a civilian and real estate nights and weekends. Real Estate Goals: Create income stream not related to a 9-5 desk job. Looking to build out a portfolio consisting of multi-family properties as well as SFR. Once a certain level of income is realized, quit the 9-5 grind and focus completely on real estate.
