My exit strategies are a combination of BRRRR, Wholetaling, Flipping, Selling Owner Finance, and Wholesaling. I love the marketing and sales process of finding deals, working with home owners to truly help in whatever situation they are in by providing win-win solutions. Experience: I have a background in environmental health and safety and worked in oil and gas for 6 or so years before diving in to real estate full time.
