I am a small time investor so far. I have 1 six unit apartment building in St. Louis Mo. I work Full time at a mine in Wyoming and am married with 1 son. Experience: I have purchased a 6 unit apartment building. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I both have health issues and were looking for an investment that would bring in money in the event that either of us could not work. Our goal is to have enough income to retire from our W-2 job and travel. Currently Seeking: 6+ unit rentals or storage units.
