I have worked in IT for around 20 years. I started out while still in high school and have worked as a consultant for much of my career. I owned a consulting firm for a couple of years, ran a real estate office at the same time and do side work doing some rehabs for investors. I am using Real Estate to build wealth buy flipping and buying rental properties. I am married and have 3 children. I enjoy working on cars, houses and just about anything. I am a numbers guy, love making spreadsheets.
