Aaron Duplex

I'm 36 and work as a longshoreman in a smaller port. I hurt my back when I was younger and asked someone I knew who was wealthy what I should do to obtain wealth. "Buy a duplex and that will help change your life" so I did and sure enough he was right. At one point in my life my back was so bad that I was out of work for almost a year and because we lived on one side of the duplex we survived. Since then I've had back surgery and realize that I need to become wealthy not so I can have a Tesla but to sustain myself and my family if I'm unable to work. My hope here is to learn from others and to hopefully let others know of my mistakes and successes.
