I created and operate Vantage Residential Equity (www.vantageresidentialequity.com) I am a real estate broker, investor, developer and mentor. I personally have pulled off over hundreds of deals. Love to do owner occupant duplex deals utilizing fha or va financing with low down payments. Its a great way to get started on your real estate journey. That is what I did 20 years ago by buying a duplex with a VA loan living in one side and renting out the other. Initially, it cut my living expenses substantially then eventually it was a cash cow generating a huge ROI. We have expertise in land development and land purchases, multifamily investments, creative financing scenarios, 1031 exchanges, opportunity zones, permitting, building etc. We have the expertise to make your deals very successful. I came to Austin for grad school at The University of Texas to study to become a librarian and never left the city. My focus was on competitive intelligence. My undergrad is Economics and Government. I have been an agent and then broker since 2002. I have lived in Austin since 2000, and still explore it daily. I know the metro area like the back of my hand. We do sales, leasing and development primarily. We also buy as much as we can when we can as we practice what we preach. Do keep in mind that we have a fiduciary duty to put our clients first on all deals that we see. We love numbers and research. I am an independent quirky fella. Some of my favorite memories are from living in Germany, and from traveling throughout the US, Europe and parts of Central America. Kerouac and I have similar blood lines.
