I'm a software developer looking to get passive income from buy-and-holds. I'm a newbie but I'm committed and excited to learn! Experience: I am just getting started in real estate, I own one turnkey purchased house in Tennessee. Real Estate Goals: My long term goal is to generate enough passive income from real estate through buy-and-holds so I can 'retire' and focus on other things I want to do in my life.
