I have been investing in rental homes since I was 22 years old. I started by house hacking and in 2012 I left my health administration job and became a full time landlord at the age of 32. In 2012 I began buying, renovating and renting out single family and multifamily property that I purchased as REOs, I was able to replace my full income with rental profits.
