Investor, Builder and Father :) Entrepreneur, I started young.. Started selling candy on the bus going to and from school when I was in 4th grade.. made 40-50% profit on the sales and within one short year made enough to purchase a go kart in cash . would have kept selling candy, however the bus driver kept kicking me off saying it was a distraction( party pooper) and then the school decided to do the same thing along with some school supplies to raise money for trips.. well then the principal told me I had to quit as well. Later on in HS I started a lawn care business which I owned for 13 years and just recently sold to venture into doing what I have always wanted to do.. INVESTING -> specifically real estate. My dad and myself started a separate home construction business back in 2005 and still do that as well. Experience: Investor and General Contractor Real Estate Goals: Acquire more rental properties, flip properties, and do investing with other investors. Also once I become more seasoned I would love to help and show others how they can succeed in real estate. Currently Seeking: I look forward to meeting people that desire to do the same and progressively move forward with my goals.
