About myself
I have been investing in real estate since 2016 and have used a few different strategies to get my portfolio to where it is today. I am hands-on in the process of finding, buying, planning, designing, rehabbing, leasing, managing, and maintaining all of my properties. Most acquisitions have been purchased as distressed properties and subsequently guided to success through rehabilitation to meet the needs of the respective marketplaces.
