I am a proud father, husband, and now investment property owner. I live in Murrieta Ca. I am a liscenced electrian, specialing in commercial work. I am pretty new to the landlord game. I had a property in california for a couple years with a partner, but we sold that a while ago. I just bought my first property on my own that should close in 2 weeks. ( oct 2019) I am very excited about the future. My new property is out of state, so that is an adventure on its own.
