We are value-add real estate investors focusing on select coastal markets in southern California and parts of Los Angeles. We love to give property tours to current and prospective investors. LMDG has completed nearly $100 million in transactions with an average gain on cash of 118%. From the period 2016 to date, average gain on cash achieved is 112% on transactions totaling $81 million across 21 properties at an average LTV of 50%.
