I am a licensed real estate agent that lives in the Greater Seattle-Tacoma area, with my wife , 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son. I have *helped hundreds of investors* buy and sell single family and small multifamily (1-4 unit) properties in the Pacific Northwest. I specialize in strategies such as buy and hold, househacking, short term and mid-term rentals. I love helping investors build their real estate portfolio and move one step closer to financial freedom through real estate! Experience: Bought and still hold multiple cash flowing SFRs and small multi-family properties in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma area. In 2018, decided to scale our investing business and have since acquired multiple large apartment complexes as joint venture partners and apartment syndication co-sponsors. Currently own over 100 cash-flowing rentals ranging from single family homes up to a 100+ unit apartment complex. Real Estate Goals: Expand my business as a real estate agent and use the proceeds to invest in cash-flowing apartment complexes.
