I have been around construction for my whole life and am capable of fixing most issues that arise. I have worked on residential and commercial roofing, installed various types of flooring, plumbing, electrical ect. I first became interested in real estate while working on a real estate agent's investment properties when I was a kid. Experience: I am in the process of acquiring rental properties and potentially flips. I have gotten my real estate license. I appreciate all the help and information I can get. Thank you to everyone who posts on this site. Your insight and knowledge is invaluable. Real Estate Goals: To obtain several long term buy and hold properties to create a passive supplemental income. I have also found that I am more flexible in what I am willing to invest in, and have found that one avenue of investing may limit the potential for return.
