I'm only 23 years old and I have wanted to get in to real estate since I was 16 I just bought my first house way under market value and have a ton of equity in it. I really want to get going on real estate investing in whatever capacity I can. I would like to own rentals and also flip properties. I am happily married with a child on the way. I am learning how to work on my house myself and love everything I am learning. My biggest thing I want to know more about is the best way to get finacing for my investments and what options are available. I want to be full time real estate investor within 3 years.
