I am an Atlanta real estate agent and BRRR investor in SFR & small multifamily properties. Most of the SFR I own is "co-living" rent by the room through Padsplit or direct to tenant. I have a Wharton MBA and after consulting for several years, I realized real estate was way more interesting to me. I hit my 30-unit goal and now am focusing on helping other Atlanta investors grow their portfolios, as well as setting up for investing in industrial.
