About myself
I am a 2004 graduate of WMU with a BA in Accounting. I have over 10 years of experience in the Property Management industry in southwest Michigan ranging from SFR to MF covering Market Rate conventional properties to PB Section 8, LIHTC, Rural Development and other lesser programs. I began directly investing in real estate in October 2014. I enjoy the financial aspect of real estate development, purchase and management - accurate budgeting and maximizing owner returns and investor satisfaction.
