Whats up BP! My name is Aaron. I'm a future Real Estate investor from Knoxville, TN. I work in sales full-time and have a few side hustles (nutrition and training consulting, e-commerce store) that I use to fund my investments. I'm mostly interested in Buy and Hold properties, but plan to Fix and Flip a few houses to generate some income for my Buy and Hold properties. Mainly interested in multi-family properties for holding and single family for flipping. Currently, I don't have the capital to fund my own deals, so looking for creative financing options as well.
