Retired from the Air Force in 2022 and have since been working as a Contracting Officer for the Department of Defense. Started REI part-time in 2021, transitioning to full-time now. Mainly been focused on Fix-N-Flips, BRRRR's, and LTR's but would like to start Wholesaling to produce regular income in between projects. Primarily operate in Northern Indiana and Central North Carolina.
