1/27/2020 Update: I moved back to Fort Wayne, IN in July of 2019. My main focus has been on growing my clientele for property management. As of the new year, I have partnered with Vicki Roy on property management. We have turned ourselves into a full service company where we help out of state clients find on and off market deals, project management rehabs, and handle the long-term management. More exciting news, we recently bought our first property under our company name and it was a mobile home park! Only 10 lots but it is a start and we are excited to start the rehab process. We are setting ourselves up to be in a position to grow into syndicating deals locally in NE Indiana. We are both part of Keller Williams Fort Wayne. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ I graduated from Purdue University with a double major in Marketing and Management with an Entrepreneurship Certificate. I received my Indiana real estate in February of 2018 and became active in January 2019 as an agent for other clients. I joined the The Cheryl Butcher Team in February of 2019. Cheryl Butcher is the managing broker of our local Keller Williams office and is the largest brokerage in the Lafayette/West Lafayette and surrounding areas. (Update: I have left this team...check my latest update for 2020) My father and I have partnered on four deals: Single family home in Fort Wayne, IN and two duplexes and a fourplex in Lafayette. All properties are self managed. I operate a property management company under the name of Lovely Living Property Management that services Lafayette and West Lafayette, Indiana.
