Aaron Wortham

I am a web developer at Detaso, an Arkansas-based company that builds world class software for medical clinics all. I specialize in Ruby on Rails. My interest in real estate stems from high school when I spent many hours pouring through Rich Dad, Poor Dad books and even started my first business. (It didn't work, but it was a good experience.) I ventured into the world of private loans a a few months ago and lent on a friend's flip. My wife and I just completed our first wholesale deal in Portland, OR as well. This has blown the glass door off of my world and my thinking. All my obsession and determination to move forward is also balanced with my full time job and family of 5. Any and all future success would be empty if they are not with me throughout the process. I am search of deals to flip in order to build more capital, with the long term goal of moving into multi-family and building cashflow.
