Finding deeply discounted off market properties is what I do! We are based out of Vernal Utah and do business throughout the entire UIntah Basin. I have been in the real estate investing game full-time since October 2016. Primarily doing wholesale deals and just recently did our first fix and flip. I have a clear vision of where I want to go and what I want to achieve. That vision in a nut shell Is using wholesaling and fix and flip properties as vehicles to get to where I want to go with my rental portfolio. PASSIVE INCOME BABY!
