I've been a full-time entrepreneur since 2010. I started investing in 2016 after many years of analysis-paralysis. When I say "many years" - - I've been lurking on BP for 6 years *hides face*. Never mind that lol. Once I put my big girl pants on and decided to take the plunge, I had my first deal in a week. Looking to continue that momentum. I started with single family just to wet my feet and get rid of the butterflies. My goal is to move forward with small multi-families then into larger multi-families.
