I've been a lurker on BP for a very long time. Now that I am in a position to begin investing I'm looking to get more active on the site and gain some connections. I was originally intending on investing in the NYC area. However I'm now looking for deals that can be had in MD, VA, PA areas which would allow me to do cash deals and therefore no longer put off getting started.
