About myself
I am the managing partner and acquisitions officer of Amerinote Xchange, LLC. We are a direct purchaser of seller-financed and institutionally-originated mortgage loans (both residential and commercial). I have been operating within the mortgage market since 1999. My background originally lies in mortgage loan origination's, both residential and commercial. I made the full transition into the secondary market and loan acquisitions realm in early 2006 with the founding and formation of Amerinote Xchange, LLC.
