I'm a new investor who lives in NYC. l would like to partner with a reputable and reliable real estate investor/buyer. It's now or never for me as I've taken courses, attended workshops and visited areas of interest. I also bidded on properties in my area but needed deeper pockets to secure property. My long-term goal is to eventually invest full time to achieve a better work/life balance. I look forward to learning from all of you.
