Hello, I am a newbie. I am working on obtaining my Architecture Licensure (it takes over two years). My husband and I want to get into real estate investing. We don't know anything about it really but would love to use this site to gain knowledge so we can get started for what's best for us. We are looking to start flipping and then moving into multi-family rentals in Wichita, KS with part of the profit we obtain from flipping.
