My girlfriend and dog - quite obsessed with both of them actually 8. Learning about finances and money 9. Spending time outdoors adventuring in anyway possible 10. Traveling, especially when I get to drive on the open road I've lived on Hilton Head for three years but dream of moving on to a more mountainous and less humid environment. I grew up in a fixer-upper in Pennsburg, PA my parents bought but never had the ability to finish. In turn, I fell in love with all things renovation, restoration, and rehab (thanks Mom and Dad!). I started my own contracting company this year and do a lot of residential painting and repairs now full-time. It's been an experience like no other but being self-employed has such great gifts and lessons. I hope to scale this business and create more time for myself to build the next business. My "why" for investing in real estate and reaching FIRE is to create more down-time with my girls and family, spend more time traveling and outdoors, and allow myself to work because I want to, not because I need to.
