Abir M.

I’m an engineer who recently became interested in real estate investing. What started as simple curiosity has turned into a genuine interest in understanding how the business works in practice. The more I read and talk to investors, the more I realize that everyone seems to have a different way of doing things. Right now, I’m mostly here to learn. I’m interested in understanding how deals move from lead to closing, what the day-to-day workflow looks like, and what challenges investors regularly face. Long term, I’d like to invest myself, but for now I’m focused on learning from people who are already doing it. Always happy to connect with investors and operators who enjoy sharing their experiences and talking about how they run their business.
