Hey BiggerPockets I'm searching for my first single family rental property as a new investor in the Indiana, Ohio, Michigan markets. Eventually I would like to get into multifamily properties. I currently work as a Mechanic in Utility. And have been doing so for 7 years. Im ready to embark on a new chapter in pursuit of financial freedom.
