I'm the Founder and Managing Principal of Blue Bridge Capital, LLC. I began investing in Multi-Family real estate in 2013 by "house-hacking" a duplex. Eventually got up to 11 units in my personal portfolio but realized even with "professional" 3rd party property management, I was still dealing with a lot of the headaches of being a landlord. I've sold all of that portfolio and have rolled that money into syndications where I enjoy similar returns with far less headaches. That leads me to where I am today and why I created Blue Bridge Capital, LLC. I started the company based on the the idea of helping others create passive income to become financially free. I truly believe if people didn't have to worry about money, they would ultimately live life on their own terms and do more good in the world. From an educational standpoint, I earned my Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky, and my MBA with a concentration in Finance from Xavier University.
